PART ONE 1. First you should say what you see. Next analyze the piece by using the principles to reflect on the art. Then you should interpret he piece. Last you should evaluate how successful the piece of art is. 2. What I see in the picture is a shoe, basket, flowers, hat, bottle, and a suitcase. You can really see all the different values in the different items. The artist used this style to show the different values of every thing in the picture. Overall the work of art looks pretty well and the way it turned out looks nice. (1st Picture) PART TWO 18. My favorite medium to use was the colored pencil because I liked the way the piece looked when it was finished. I wish I would have used more watercolor. (2nd Picture) 17. One of the most helpful warm ups was the hand drawings. It helped me pay attention to detail and be able to focus on what I'm drawing. (3rd Picture) 16. One project that I would redo is the clay container. I did not like it because it blew up in the kiln because of air bubbles and the baseball looked really bumpy. To redo it I would probably use the wheel instead and fill all the air bubbles in better. (4th Picture) 11
